Trying to get the ChatGPT app for iPhone, iPad and Mac but you can’t find it in the App Store? You’re seeing a lot of clone apps but can’t find the official one provided by OpenAI? Here is what to do!
ChatGPT For iPhone?
OpenAI have recently released their ChatGPT app for iOS as confirmed by this press release.

ChatGPT App Not Available?
The app has been rolled out in the US and it will expand to ‘additional countries’ in the upcoming weeks! So, if you’re getting the App Not Available error you have to be a bit more patient:
‘This app is currently not available in your country or region.’

ChatGPT iOS Requirements
- According to the App Store info section the app requires and iPhone running iOS 16.1 or later!
- The software also requires a small 16.2 MB of storage space.

Update: ChatGPT app is now also available for iPad!
Unfortunately, artificial intelligence is not available for iPadOS yet, but we expect OpenAi to expand its services soon!

ChatGPT For Mac?
The same goes for macOS! OpenAI has only released the iOS version of ChatGPT. However, we expect soon the official ChatGPT app to become available in the Mac App Store.
Tip: In the meantime, you can continue using artificial intelligence via the web version.
ChatGPT For Android?
Update: ChatGPT is also available on Android. GooglePlay direct link available here.
According to OpenAI.com Chat GPT will become available on Android soon:
