Apple has released macOS Monterey 12.6.3 (21G419) with security fixes for older Mac and MacBook models that are unable to run macOS Ventura. Here is how to install and everything that you need to know!
macOS Monterey 12.6.3 Update
- As usual, this release is available over-the-air in System Preferences -> Software Update.
- Click Update Now and be patient until the new software is requested, downloaded, prepared, verified and installed!
Fact: This release comes together with the Safari 16.3 update!
macOS Monterey 12.6.3 Features
This update doesn’t bring any new features as it focuses on “important security fixes” instead and is recommended to all users that aren’t able to upgrade to macOS Ventura!

My imac login screen does not response to keyboard , ca not login even
Issue with 2019 Macbook air running the fan excessively even with low app load.
Persists even with a restart.

On my desktop iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020) with Monterey OS 12.6.3, when I click Apple, About this Mac and then Storage, the window closes automatically in a couple seconds. It says I have 128 GB of space before the window closes.
