Last but not least, if your iPhone or iPad problem can’t be solved remotely, the Apple Support app allows you to locate the nearest Genius Bar or an authorized Apple repair shop. Schedule a repair and fix your iOS device. Although Apple Support was released back in 2016, it still doesn’t come pre-installed on your iOS device!
