Apparently, the popup might be triggered by a third-party app that’s not updated for macOS Ventura.
Users have reinstalled macOS 13 in an attempt to fix this problem, without success though.
The only thing that you can do at the time of writing is to check the Mac App Store daily and install available app updates. In these early macOS Ventura days developers are expected to update their apps for macOS 13.

Thank you! Every time my computer is put on sleep mode, it restarts and complains about 1 or 2 errors. As per November 3rd there’s no update yet.
