Popular Apple leaker Jon Prosser has just tweeted the expected retail prices for the upcoming iPhone 12 lineup. He claims that the info comes from the same source that accurately predicted the iPhone SE launch date! According to his tweet Apple plans to announce four different iPhone models in September. The cheapest 5.4-inch model should start from $649, while the most expensive version will be the iPhone 12 Pro Max retailing from $1,099.

All iPhone 12 iterations will pack an OLED display. If this leak will materialize, the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 will be the cheapest OLED Apple smartphone ever sold. Apple’s first OLED iPhone was the anniversary X model. The Cupertino-based tech giant hasn’t sold an OLED device for lower than $999. Apple plans to announce the iPhone 12 lineup in September, but pre-orders could be delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
