How To Fix iPhone 14 Cellular Issues

At the time of writing, there’s no magic fix available. Apple will most likely have to patch these connectivity problems in an upcoming software update. In the meantime this is what you can do:

1. Downgrade To LTE / 4G

Most reports confirm that the poor signal or complete service loss occur while iPhone is connected via 5G!

A temporary workaround to avoid any other missed calls and dropped calls is to force your iPhone to connect via LTE / 4G band.

How to: This is done in Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Options -> Voice & Data and select LTE (4G), instead of the default 5G Auto.

Update: Resetting Network Settings won’t help, neither does an iOS 16.0.2 reinstall, or updating to iOS 16.1 beta 2.
