Last updated on December 7th, 2017 at 05:19 amEarly rumors predict that Apple is preparing an oversized version of the iPhone X for 2018 and considering the company’s strategy over the past few years this move shouldn’t be too surprising. The iPhone ‘Ten’ already packs a 5.8-inch display that’s bigger than any other iPhone available, including the 8 Plus model. Imagine an iPhone 8 Plus chassis with a near bezel-less OLED display. It could fit a huge 6.7-inch diagonal screen and this will provide a direct competitor for the Samsung’s Galaxy Note lineup.
In fact, you don’t even have to imagine it anymore because Martin Hajek, a popular iPhone enthusiast has already rendered the rumored iPhone X Plus flagship. Check the mockups shared in this article and delight your eye with what could be Apple’s next big thing for 2018. Does an oversized iPhone X wake your interest? Will you consider to buy it?
iPhone X Plus Pricing
If technically the oversized iPhone ‘Ten’ is doable, one main concern from my point of view is the pricing. Remember, that Apple has claimed that the new OLED display and the TrueDepth camera system are the main factors of the iPhone X’s considerable price surge. How much could the iPhone X Plus cost? At least $100 extra I would assume if not up to $150 more, than the price tag of the 10th anniversary iPhone. Are you ready to spend $1,150 or $1300 + federal taxes for a 6.7-inch display iPhone X?
