macOS Ventura RC 2
Apple has just seeded macOS Ventura RC 2 build number 22A380 and pulled the initial macOS 13 Release Candidate (22A379) version, only 4 days before the announced public release date Monday, October 24.
macOS Ventura RC 2 Problems
This second Release Candidate version proves that there’s time to report and fix some last minute bugs before the public release:
- 1. Continuity camera not working.
- 2. Stage Manager greyed out in Settings.
- 3. USB-C display not working.
- 4. System Settings app is still glitchy.
- 5. Add Network Printer not working in some cases, because it’s impossible to scroll to the end of the list.
- 6. Accessibility requests might pop-up after each restart.
- 7. WindowsServer crashes can be expected in this version. Reported by GenErik.

macOS Ventura RC 2 Bugs Fixed
Problems fixed by this update are highlighted below:
- 1. Stage Manager glitches seems to have been filtered out. Waiting for more confirmations.

macOS Ventura RC 2 Download
The macOS 13 RC 2 is available, over-the-air, for both Developers and Public Beta testers.
You only need to have the macOS Ventura Configuration Profile installed on your Mac. Download it by enrolling to the Apple Beta Software Program as instructed here.
