tvOS 16.1 Beta 3 Download
To install this test version on Apple TV you have to enroll your device to the Apple Beta Software Program.
This is done by installing iOS 16.1 Public Beta or macOS Ventura Public Beta on one of your devices that uses the same Apple ID as your Apple TV.
Next, go to the Apple TV settings and browse for System -> Software Update and Turn On Get Public Beta Updates option!
