Fact: These workouts can be also played in macOS, a premiere for Apple Fitness+ videos, that are currently unavailable on Mac!

These are short workouts that are usually performed at the end of a training session. They help you unwind with the help of stretching and guided meditation.
Their main goal is to reduce stress, increase focus and improve your flexibility.
The Mindful Cooldowns can be also performed as standalone workouts especially if you’re a fan of quick training sessions!
Fact: Most likely these Mindful Cooldown workouts will be soon added to the Apple Fitness+ workouts database too.
