Bought one as soon as it became available on the Apple Store (16″ M1Max 64 GB “RAM” and 2 TB SSD). On my M1 MBA before I had trouble decently running a Win11 VM simultaneously with doing other stuff, and I have 4 Win11 VMs (all in different languages) that I need to be able to use professionally. Now I have all 4 VMs open continously while working, and don’t even notice any delay … it’s a BEAST !!
P.S.: Forgot to mention : before on the M1 MBA my DisplayLink hub was only able to add 3 external displays, now I have 4 external displays (don’t have any more hardware to adde :-( … one can never have too much screen real estate)
Thanks for the feedback Philip. That’s great!
P.S.: Yes, 4 displays is impressive. I can imagine a bunch of niches finding them very handy!
I expected more from the 1080p webcam. Most of the times I find the image blurry and low quality. Anyone else?
