watchOS 9.1 Beta 3 Download
This version can be installed, over-the-air, from the Watch app on the paired iPhone, in Settings -> General -> Software Update, as long as the watchOS 9 Beta Profile is installed on your Apple Watch and the paired iPhone is running an iOS 16 beta version.
Else, you need to enroll your Apple Watch to the Apple Beta Software Program. A step-by-step guide is available here.
