Last updated on December 14th, 2020 at 01:13 pm
Posted in News by Patricia on December 8, 2020Apple has just released iOS 14.3
Today, Apple has also announced the new AirPods Max, over-ear wireless headphones, that will start shipping on December 15. Considering that the premium headset requires iOS 14.3 to run, we expect iOS 14.3 to be released the latest, by next Monday.
In the meantime, this post could have been about all the new features coming in iOS 14.3, however the main focus is on the highly awaited bug fixes of some serious iOS 14 bugs.
Update: iOS 14.3 Release Candidate 2, build number 18C66 is now available!
Unfortunately, these much needed bug patches aren’t included in this iOS 14.3 RC version. Although, in most cases the Release Candidate version ends up to be identical to the public release version, there have been cases when bug fixes have been added right before the public release, so there’s still a tiny bit of hope left that Apple will make this work in the nick of time.

There is a bug in ios 14.3. Since i have updated my iphone it automatically gets restarts in between and when I restarted it, it gets stuck on the apple logo for 10 mins! Its so weird and scary at the same time!
Muskan, thanks for sharing this. On what iPhone model does this happen?
I have the same issue with the phone restarting stuck on the apple logo from 1-20 minutes. Sometimes it restarts while even stuck on the apple logo. In addition, the screen freezes with purple lines flickering in a random matter usually when im in my messages screen. When i click an app, the app will crash after 5 seconds or it will cause my phone to restart. I cannot watch videos or get into my instagram app, camera app, or sometimes pandora app. It seems to lack a large amount of data usage capability when using my phone now. It has almost no use other than being a paperweight at this point.
I am also using the iPhone 11 and this occurred after updating from 14.0 up to 14.3
Kyle, thanks for sharing this. Have you tried to contact Apple support about it?
